When you submit an inquiry, request a rate sheet, create an account, or book a charter, we collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, nationality, travel dates, guest count, dietary or medical notes you choose to share, and payment references (bank transfer confirmations). We do not store card numbers on our servers.

When you browse the site, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps — for security and diagnostics. We use cookies and local storage as described below.

• To respond to inquiries and prepare charter proposals.
• To confirm and manage bookings, collect deposits and balance payments, and issue booking references.
• To send booking confirmations, itinerary details, pre-departure information, and safety notices.
• To operate the guest-account area (sign-in, booking history, inquiries).
• To improve the website, our voyages, and guest experience.
• To comply with maritime, immigration, and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries that fall into two groups:

• Essential: required for the site to work — keeping you signed in, remembering your booking wizard progress, storing your cookie preference, and protecting against abuse. These are always active.
• Analytics (optional): aggregate usage insights that help us improve pages and voyages. Loaded only if you accept.

We share information with vetted providers strictly to run the service: Lovable Cloud (application hosting and database), our transactional email provider (booking and payment confirmations), and our banking partners (BPI and BDO) for deposit and balance transfers. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and use the data only to perform the requested service.

We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of guests and crew at sea.

We retain inquiry and booking records for as long as necessary to service the trip and to meet tax, accounting, and maritime record-keeping obligations. Marketing contact details are retained until you request removal.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, email info@divedeepseapearl.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on infrastructure with access controls, row-level security policies, and audit logging for booking-related actions. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password for your guest account.

The service is intended for adults booking family charters. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 16 without parental involvement.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly.
